The focus of this program is Re-shaping the media, Re-defining
leadership, and Re-invigorating organizations. The global
marketplace is constantly changing and executives have to understand
the challenges of today, to be competitive for tomorrow.
At the core of this experience is a curriculum
focused on media strategy, marketing, journalism values
and content, transformational leadership, executive decision-making,
and interpersonal skills. Most classes are future
based, which means that the participant must understand the macro-environment
and think about how current trends and problems will shape the future
of their organization. At the end of the fourth week, participants
find themselves re-energized to help their companies transform –
to re-shape them, re-define them and to re-invigorate them.
