Fisk Hall

From O'Hare International Airport
Follow outbound traffic to I-294 (Tri-State Tollway) north (signs say "To Milwaukee"). Exit at Dempster East. Follow Dempster about 10 miles into Evanston and turn left (north) onto Chicago Avenue. Proceed north until Chicago Avenue turns into Sheridan Road. Make a right turn onto Sheridan Road and drive for approximately ¼ mile. Fisk Hall will be on left-hand side of the road (red brick building on the curve of the road near the beach.)

You will need a permit to park on campus. These are available from the Center. Permit parking is available in the two-story parking structure. Please read the campus regulations regarding parking here.

From Midway Airport
Go north on Cicero from the airport to the Stevenson Expressway (I-55). Go west on the Stevenson Expressway to the Tri-State Tollway (I-294). Go north on I-294 (signs say "To Milwaukee"). Exit at Dempster East. Follow Dempster about 10 miles into Evanston and turn left (north) onto Chicago Avenue. Proceed north until Chicago Avenue turns into Sheridan Road. Make a right turn onto Sheridan Road and drive for approximately ¼ mile and on your left you will see Fisk Hall a red brick building on the curve near the beach.

From Chicago
Take Lake Shore Drive north. Lake Shore Drive ends at Sheridan Road and the Hollywood Avenue intersection, turn right to go north on Sheridan. Take Sheridan Road north until you arrive in Evanston and at the first continue straight on South Blvd. Stay on South Blvd. and proceed to Chicago Avenue and turn right. Proceed north until Chicago Avenue becomes Sheridan Rd. Make a right turn onto Sheridan Road and drive for approximately ¼ mile and on your left you will see Fisk Hall a red brick building on the curve near the beach.

From the north on I-94 (Edens Expressway)
Exit at Dempster East. Travel about five miles on Dempster Street to Chicago Avenue. Turn right (north) onto Chicago Avenue. Proceed north until Chicago Avenue turns into Sheridan Road. Make a right turn onto Sheridan Road and drive for approximately ¼ mile and on your left you will see Fisk Hall a red brick building on the curve near the beach.

From the south on I-90/I-94 (Edens Expressway)
Exit at Dempster East. Travel about five miles on Dempster Street to Chicago Avenue and turn right. Proceed north until Chicago Avenue turns into Sheridan Road. Make a right turn onto Sheridan Road and drive for approximately ¼ mile and on your left you will see Fisk Hall a red brick building on the curve near the beach.

Parking
The parking lot is behind Fisk Hall. Please come inside and get a parking pass to make sure that you do not get a ticket.

Public Transportation

Evanston via Metra
Get off the Metra Union Pacific North Line at Davis Street, Evanston and make a left, turn east onto Davis Street and walk one long block from Benson Avenue to Orrington Avenue. Make a left turn (north) onto Orrington Avenue and walk two blocks to Clark Street turn left (east) and walk to Sheridan Road. Turn left and you will see Fisk Hall at 1845 Sheridan Road.

Evanston via Chicago Transit Authority
Get off the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) at Foster Street and make a right turn (east) and walk two and a half blocks to Sheridan Road. Turn right and walk approximately ¼ of a mile and you will see Fisk Hall on your left.
