Craig Watters has spent the
past 20 years using modeling and simulations to develop and conduct
executive education programs and consulting projects. He has conducted
executive programs and taught at the graduate and undergraduate
levels for several universities, and he is a member of the adjunct
faculty at two Chicago universities.
Watters has worked in the United
States, Western Europe, the Pacific Rim and Australia. Areas of
focus for his teaching and consulting are finance and financial
analysis, strategy and tactical analysis and organizational alignment.
Watters has a B.S. degree
in accounting and economics from Macquarie University in Australia.
He received an M.B.A. in Finance and Decision Sciences, with distinction,
from the Kellogg School of Management. Watters holds a
Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, where
he focused on the field of organization behavior with particular
regard to small groups.
