Leslie Nathanson was a founding
managing director of the Roberts, Nathanson & Wolfson Consulting
Group. She teaches change management and strategy implementation
at the Center. Her consulting practice emphasizes the implementation
of strategy and the development of practices and cultures that help
organizations with complex change, from the chief executive officer
to front-line employees.
Nathanson has expertise in leadership,
team building, cultural transformation and conflict resolution.
She advises executives in newspapers, major financial institutions,
large and small manufacturing organizations, professional service
firms, health care providers, universities and museums.
Before Nathanson founded Roberts,
Nathanson & Wolfson in 1993, she began Nathanson & Associates in
1980 and The Carlson/Nathanson Group, Inc. in 1982. She has taught
in the Executive Master's Program at the Kellogg School and the
Smith Management Program in Northampton, Mass. She is co-author
of "Small Group Problem Solving: An Aid to Organizational Effectiveness"
(Addison-Wesley, 1981). She is a Director of Paul Harris Stores
and of Chas. Levy Corporation.
Nathanson holds a B.S. degree
from Tufts University, an M.A. from Northwestern University and
a Ph.D. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern
University.
