Robert Dewar joined the Kellogg School of Management faculty in 1974 and chaired the Department
of Organization Behavior from 1980-88. He has also served as the
academic director for both Kellogg's Institute for Management and
its Executive Development Program. He teaches customer satisfaction
at the Center and does consulting and tailored seminars for newspaper,
broadcast, telephone and direct mail companies.
Dewar's academic interests include
strategy and marketing implementation through managerial systems
and organizational design. He also studies and teaches the foundations
of customer service and service recovery. His research articles
have appeared in numerous scholarly publications. Dewar consults
for numerous major corporations and professional groups.
Dewar received
his B.A. in History and Philosophy in 1969 from Fordham University,
his M.S. in 1971 and his Ph.D. in Sociology in 1976 from the University
of Wisconsin, Madison. |
