Location tip: The 340 East Superior Street building is approximately 1/2 block west of Lake Shore Drive on Superior Street.

Parking: Parking: Parking on the street is extremely unpredictable and NEVER guaranteed. However, you can park at the parking garage located at 222 E. Huron Street. There are entrances to this facility on Huron and Superior streets. You can also park at the garage located on 321 E. Erie. There are entrances to this facility on Erie and Ontario Streets. You can receive a voucher at the symposium to cover your parking costs, but you must email sherid@northwestern.edu by 5PM on Friday, May 2 if you will need a voucher.

Intercampus Shuttle: For those traveling between the Evanston and Chicago campuses, consider taking Northwestern University's Intercampus Shuttle. Please note that you must have your valid NU WildCard to use the Shuttle.

Shuttle times convenient to the start of this event are listed below:

• Departs from NU's Women’s Center
  (across from the Jacobs Center, at the corner of Foster and Sheridan) at 7:02am;
  Arrives at NU Medical School's Ward Bldg
  (Wieboldt Hall's Chicago Avenue entrance is less than 1/2 block east of Ward) at 7:55am.
  
• Departs from Women's Center at 7:17am;
  arrives at Ward at 8:10am.
  
• Departs from Women's Center at 7:27am;
  arrives at Ward at 8:25am.

Shuttle times convenient to the scheduled end of this event are listed below:

• Departs from Ward at 2:45pm;
  arrives at Jacobs Center at 3:22pm.
• Departs from Ward at 3:30pm;
  arrives at Jacobs Center at 4:12pm.

Driving directions from Chicago O'Hare airport:

• Follow the signs that say "Exit to City" out of the airport. You will be entering 90 East (the Kennedy Expressway).
• Follow Interstate 90 East for approximately 25 miles; 30-60 minutes depending on traffic.
• Some of the exits you will pass will include Cumberland Avenue, Irving Park Road and North Avenue.
• At North Avenue, move into the right lane to prepare to exit at Ohio Street which is two exits after North Avenue.
• Ohio is a one-way exit which turns into Ohio Street going east.
• Follow Ohio for 12 traffic lights to Fairbanks Court.
• Turn left on to Fairbanks Court. You are now entering Northwestern University's Chicago Campus.
• Fairbanks Court intersects with Superior Street.
• 340 East Superior Street is located to the east of Fairbanks.

Taxi from O'Hare airport: A taxi from O'Hare costs about $40 one-way.

Driving directions from Midway airport

• Go north on Cicero to 55 East/North (Stevenson Expressway).
• Follow Interstate 55 for approximately 10 miles; 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
• Exit on to Lake Shore Drive, North.
• Follow Lake Shore Drive for approximately 4 miles.
• Exit on Chicago Avenue (you can only go West).
• Go one block to Fairbanks Court.
• Turn left on to Fairbanks Court. You are now entering Northwestern University's Chicago Campus.
• Fairbanks Court intersects with Superior Street.
• 340 East Superior Street is located to the east of Fairbanks.

Taxi from Midway airport: A taxi from Midway costs about $35 one-way.
